The hotel is conveniently located close to the center and within walking distance to all major tourist destinations. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, with a jacuzzi tub available in the family room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided a variety of options. The hotel also offers a rooftop terrace with great views.
The air conditioning in one of the rooms leaked on the bed on the first night.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the old city, close to all the main attractions in Istanbul. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and if you're lucky enough to get one with a view up the Bosphorus, you're in for a treat. The breakfast, served on the rooftop with beautiful views of Istanbul, is the perfect way to start your day.
I can't fault this hotel at all - everything was just perfect.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes, en particulier le spa avec son bassin de relaxation et sa terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur le port de plaisance. De plus, le petit-déjeuner servi en chambre est copieux et préparé avec des produits frais. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, attentif et professionnel, que ce soit au check-in, au service voiturier ou au bar. Enfin, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, situé près de la mer, proche de tout, sur le port de plaisance et à proximité d'un parc.
Pour nous c'était idéal.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, with major tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace had a wide variety of options and offered a amazing view. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
